Reasonably clean accommodation, modern rooms and particularly good location. Efficient staff always on hand. The rooms with a comfortable bed. Nice hot and plentiful breakfast with lots of food options.

Such great experience there. Clean excellant hotel in every way. The stuff was incredible, breakfast was hot and plentiful. Updated room, absolutely perfect with comfortable bed. A huge variety of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

We didn't have time, so we would like to stay there on the next trip.

Our room was clean and complete with comfortable bed and bathroom, as for instance. The staff was courteous and nice and everything was great. Location: the hotel was near the ponderosa restaurant, meijer, menard's, and downtown and downtown and a very convenient commercial area. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 20 mins walk from the property.

The cleanliness was excellent, with no dust or hair in sight. The bed linens were done in a way that made us feel comfortable, with only the sheets in contact with our skin. The hotel facilities were spacious and comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade. The staff was awesome, calling to check if everything was okay once we were in the room.

Nothing really safe to eat for lots of people due to the amount of sugars in the breakfast options.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building short walk to restaurants, stores and restaurants and Bay City.

The staff were courteous and nice and our room was updated with a comfortable bed as well as bathroom. It was nice to find a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous there, in a safe area.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good location in very very nice area, near to West Virginia, stores and restaurants, and Bay City, Michigan.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including an egg sandwich and a selection of sweets.

We had booked three nights and were told we would receive a free night, but the hotel staff took away the third night without any explanation or compensation. Furthermore, the initial room we were given was right next to the elevator and across from the noisy ice machine, despite requesting a room away from these areas.

Great and convenient position, I loved staying in this place.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, large and updated rooms. Units with comfortable bed. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and excellent;))

Perfect location near restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice seating area. Appreciated the mini fridge with a freezer and the way the beds were made.

Found a long dark hair on a clean pillow and disappointed that there was no DVD player in the room.
